The public website www.barrel.energy does not set any cookies and does not use local storage. You can read every page and send an enquiry without a cookie being stored.

The portals can share one sign-in. When that is switched on, the session cookie described below is shared across BARREL addresses, and a browser that is signed in to a portal also sends it with requests to this website. This website does not read or use it.

The BARREL portals, such as BARREL Shop and BARREL OS, set one cookie after you sign in with a one-time code. It is strictly necessary: without it the portal cannot keep you signed in.

• No analytics or visitor-measurement tools.
• No advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies.
• No cookies set by other companies (third-party cookies).
• Fonts are served from our own servers, so your browser does not contact a font provider.

You can delete or block cookies in the settings of your browser. This website will continue to work. If you block or delete the session cookie, you will be signed out of the portals and will need to sign in again.

Signing out of a portal deletes the session cookie and ends the session on our servers.

If we start to use any other cookie or an analytics tool, we will update this notice first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. The date at the top of the page shows when the notice was last updated.
