BARREL does not produce every component and part itself. It works with original-equipment manufacturers, joint-venture partners and contract manufacturers, and brings the engineering specification, quality plan, inspection and traceability that make their output project-ready.
For batteries BARREL works as an OEM / JV partner; for nuclear equipment as a technology consultant. For everything else, the proposal names the OEM partner, the factory and the test regime.
